• Act as an electrical team leader during installations, ensuring efficient, safe, and quality work with adherence to Darwin Solar’s high standards.

• Supervise installation of solar PV systems, including conducting electrical wiring, mounting of inverters, batteries, solar air conditioning, solar pool systems, and other standard commercial and residential electrical work.

• Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning and safety.

• Perform switchboard upgrades and other standard commercial and residential electrical tasks.

• Mentor apprentices and assist in their training and development.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of smart home systems.

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and electrical regulations.

• A Class Electrical Licence.

• Previous experience in solar energy installations preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work well in a team environment and assist with leading installation teams effectively.
